Paver Cleaning and Sealing on a Peoria Driveway

Paver Cleaning and Sealing on a Peoria Driveway image

This Peoria driveway tells a pretty common story around the West Valley. The pavers had lost their color, looked dull and faded, and the joint sand was starting to show its age. That's what years of Arizona sun and everyday traffic will do to even a well-installed paver surface. It's gradual, so most homeowners don't notice how far things have slipped until they see a before-and-after.

Before any sealer ever touched this driveway, we went through a full cleaning and prep process. That part isn't optional for us - it's the foundation of everything. Skipping it or rushing it is the fastest way to trap dirt under the sealer and end up with a finish that fails early. Proper prep is what separates a result that lasts from one that doesn't.

Once the surface was cleaned and ready, we applied the Poseidon Finish. The rich, warm tone you see across the pavers after sealing isn't a coating sitting on top - it's the pavers' natural color coming back through a protective layer that shields against UV exposure, staining, and general wear. That's a big deal in a climate like Arizona's where the sun works against pretty much every outdoor surface year-round.

The caution tape visible along the curb after the job is just standard practice while the sealer cures. It keeps foot traffic and vehicles off the surface until everything is locked in and ready to hold up the way it should. Small detail, but it matters.

We serve Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, and the surrounding West Valley area. If your pavers are looking washed out or worn down, this is exactly the kind of work we do every day.
