Pavers don't stay looking great forever. Sun, dirt, and time have a way of pulling the color right out of them - and what was once a sharp, clean driveway starts to look tired and washed out. That's exactly what we were working with here.
The before speaks for itself. Dull, faded pavers with that chalky, bleached-out look that happens when there's zero protection left on the surface. It's one of the most common things we see on driveways, and most homeowners just assume that's how their pavers look now. It's not.
After a thorough pressure wash to strip away all the built-up grime and debris, we applied our Poseidon Finish - a wet-look paver sealer that does two things really well. First, it brings the color back to life in a big way. Second, it locks in a protective layer that guards against staining, fading, and UV damage going forward. The difference between the two stages of this job is hard to miss.
What you end up with is a driveway that looks intentional again. Rich, deep color across every paver, clean joint lines, and a surface that's actually protected - not just cleaned. That's the whole point of sealing. Cleaning alone only gets you so far.
We use the Poseidon Finish specifically because it delivers that deep, saturated look without leaving the surface feeling greasy or overly glossy. It enhances what's already there. On a driveway like this one, with solid paver bones underneath all that fading, the results are always satisfying.
