Backyard Paver Sealing Done Right in Surprise AZ

This backyard in Surprise had seen better days. The old sealer had worn down unevenly, leaving the pavers looking dull and washed out - nowhere near what they looked like when they were first installed. That's one of the most common things we see with pavers out here in the Valley. People don't realize the sealer has a lifespan, and once it's gone, the surface is exposed to sun, heat, and foot traffic with zero protection.

Before we could put anything new on, the old sealer had to come off completely. This is the part a lot of companies skip or rush through, and it's exactly why some sealed pavers still look bad after the job is done. We stripped everything down to bare paver, then ran a deep clean to pull out all the dirt, grime, and buildup that had settled in over time. Proper prep isn't optional - it's the whole reason the end result actually holds up.

Once the surface was clean and fully prepped, we applied our Poseidon Finish. The color that came back on these pavers speaks for itself. The warm reds and browns that were buried under years of buildup and a failing old sealer are sharp and even now. That's what a proper residential paver sealing job looks like when nothing is cut short.

The pool deck area gets a ton of wear - wet feet, furniture, constant sun exposure. Sealing done right gives you protection against all of that while keeping the surface looking clean and consistent.
